Lincoln the Commuter

As I was driving to work today I heard this story on NPR.  Washington can be quite uncomfortable in the summer (being built on a swamp and all).  With the White House being uncomfortable, Lincoln sought solace elsewhere, though according to the story he commuted to his office.
